DREW! I mean dad...

As some of you might know, Molly has a limited vocabulary. She says: Momma, Gay (for Gabe), Da (for Dad), kitty (referring to most animals) and other little words that come and go. She has a few signs, but mostly just prefers to grab your finger and take you to whatever she wants. Most recently she has picked up saying Drew in perfect clarity. So as you can imagine Drew isn't very impressed. So I'm working on calling him Dad, Da, Daddy, really anything other than Drew. It's amazing how much she picks up on. Recently she has also started putting diapers in the garbage. It's way nice being able to hand them to her. She is so proud and will give you a high five when she's done. I'm gonna have to start paying attention when I throw things away. Hopefully other things won't start appearing in there.

Gabe is such a happy baby. He loves being on his tummy. He also for some reason loves being on the floor. Molly likes to hover over him, and he loves that too. He hasn't rolled over again since last week. He can however get up really high on his hands and sometimes he gets up on his knees too. He almost looks like he's ready to crawl. Then he'll keep Molly entertained for hours. He has always been really easy to put to sleep. He likes to be laid down and left alone. He's changing his schedule and is starting to be awake more during the day. He's been taking little 20 min cat naps. Which really don't work. So now the key is getting him to stay asleep. And if he wanted to stay asleep all night, I'd be ok with that too.

Here are some pictures of the Lincoln Children's Zoo. We had a great time.

Molly sounds like a lot of fun. She might not talk a lot yet but she makes up for it in hilarious antics, it seems! Ha. And Gabe seems like a delight. You look really pretty in that first picture by the way.

If you guys ever go back to OP let me know ahead of time so we can come down too!
